After booking your Fitness Assessment, I'll be in touch within 24-hours to confirm your booking. You will receive an orientation package to ensure a smooth transition from your booking to our first session.

Attention to detail is crucial to all movements and exercise programming. Movement Modalities believes in providing the best service in the industry. To do this, we believe in a strong distinction between "workouts" and fitness training tailored to each individual and their goals and dysfunctions. Instead of generalised and repetitive workouts, Movement Modalities focuses on training. This encompasses expert instruction backed by a scientific and systematic approach. This is further subsidised by continued education and a strong passion in biomechanics. The body is incredibly complicated and there are myriad factors to account for. We address these factors with the latest training methods and most innovative holistic approaches available.
Personalized Assessment and Programming
Every client is assessed on their physical and mental status. Following this, the proper programming is created accordingly. After booking your initial Fitness Assessment, your foundations will be assessed: your standing posture and walking biomechanics. Behind this is an understanding of human evolution. Biology has been dictated by thousands of years of walking, running and throwing. By establishing programming based on these facets of movement with respect to human biology, you can expect efficient, pain-free movement. In turn, you will notice increases in strength and muscle definition (as well as other benefits noted in the non-exhaustive list above). Once these foundations have been laid, you will progress to dynamic, 3-dimensional planar movements and programs sure to put your musculature to the test. ​
